Celebrate your next special occasion at Jasmin 1 Leichhardt, with seating for up to 100 guests across our indoor dining room and covered outdoor area, complete with heaters for year-round comfort.
Want everyone together? We can seat up to 20 guests inside, or 24 outside, at one long table.
Hosting a larger celebration? We can set aside a dedicated section of the restaurant, with tables grouped together and reserved just for your guests, so you can celebrate together.

Prefer Five Dock? Our Five Dock restaurant welcomes groups of up to 16 guests. For larger gatherings, Leichhardt is the perfect choice.
The Feast
Our set menu of mezze, grills and dessert, finishing with tea or coffee. See The Feast
Served banquet style: everything comes to the table to share.
- For groups of 15+ at Leichhardt (10+ at Five Dock), everyone aged 14 and over dines on The Feast
- Children 13 and under order from our kids' menu; we have 3 high chairs (ask when you book), and room for prams
- Vegetarian, vegan and allergies catered for at no extra cost: tell us when you book
- Tea or coffee to finish is included. Soft drinks and juices aren't: order them from our drinks menu, or BYO
Good to know before you celebrate
BYO drinks
You're welcome to bring your own wine, beer and spirits, for a corkage fee of just $2 per person. We provide ice buckets; guests open and pour their own drinks. Please note we're unable to refrigerate BYO drinks.
Birthday cakes
Make your celebration extra special with your own cake and candles. We'll happily store your cake, plate it with your candles and bring it out for your celebration; guests cut and serve it. A cakeage fee of $1 per person applies, and cakes are stored at your own risk.
Decorations
Add your personal touch with balloons, banners and other simple decorations. We love a celebration, but kindly ask that no confetti be used.
Music
Our restaurant plays one music system across all dining areas, so unfortunately we can't play personal playlists or take music requests.
Dining time
Group bookings have a 2-hour dining time. Want to keep the celebration going? You're welcome to stay longer if your table isn't needed for the next booking.
Payment & public holidays
To keep things simple, group bookings are settled with one combined bill, including any drinks ordered from our menu. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
How to book
- Book at least a week ahead. Book online for up to 100 guests, or call us for anything bigger.
- Pay the deposit. $20 per person for 15+ guests at Leichhardt (10+ at Five Dock), by card when you book. It comes off your bill on the day.
- We confirm by email. If we can't fit your group in, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Final numbers 24 hours before. Confirm your numbers, or cancel, at least 24 hours before and we refund the deposit (or the difference). Deposits aren't refunded for late cancellations or no-shows.
Questions
How many people can you seat?
Leichhardt seats around 100, inside and in our covered outdoor area. Five Dock takes groups of up to 16; for anything bigger, book Leichhardt.
Will my group sit at one long table?
Up to about 20 people inside, or 24 outside, can sit at one long table. A bigger group has its own section of the restaurant with 3 or 4 tables together, and no other guests are seated there.
Can we book the whole outdoor area or the whole restaurant?
Yes. Please call us on (02) 8084 2692 to talk about it, as pricing is different from The Feast.
Do we all have to have The Feast?
Yes: for groups of 15 or more at Leichhardt (10 or more at Five Dock), everyone aged 14 and over dines on The Feast. Children 13 and under can order from our kids' menu.
Can you cater for vegetarians, vegans and allergies?
Yes, at no extra cost. Please tell us in the notes when you book. While we take care in preparing our dishes, traces of allergens may be present.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes: wine, beer and spirits, with corkage of $2 per person. Please open and pour your own; we can't keep drinks in our fridges, but we have ice buckets. Drinks from our menu are ordered as you go.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes. We'll keep it for you, plate it, add your candles (please bring your own) and bring it out. You cut and serve it. Cakeage is $1 per person, and we can't take responsibility for the cake while it's stored.
Can we decorate?
Yes, balloons and banners are welcome. Please no confetti.
Can we play our own music?
Sorry, no. We have one music system for the whole restaurant.
How long can we stay?
Tables are for 2 hours. You're welcome to stay longer if your table isn't booked after you.
Can we split the bill?
No, groups pay one bill, including any drinks ordered from our menu.
Do you have high chairs?
We have 3, so please ask for one when you book. There's room for prams at the table too.
What about the toilets?
Our toilets are standard-size stalls, with no baby change table.
How far ahead should we book?
At least a week ahead for a large group, so we can set up your area.
